Timesheet Disputes

We have a dispute process in place to resolve any disagreements in timesheets and ensure that you are accurately paid for your hours worked.

If you ever find that you and the centre are in disagreement over the final submitted times, please know that our ultimate goal is to ensure that you are paid for the exact number of hours you worked and that the centre is charged for the same.

To settle these discrepancies, we have a two-stage dispute resolution process that will help us arrive at a final outcome.

Resolving the timesheet between you and the centre first. 

It is possible for the centre to raise a concern regarding your timesheet by submitting the hours they believe you actually worked. If this happens, you will be notified and given the chance to agree or disagree with the suggested times.

You will be notified whenever this happens.

Shift enters dispute for Z Admin to resolve.

If you don't agree with the time suggested by the centre for your timesheet, your shift will be marked as disputed and it will be sent to the Z Admin team for resolution.

You can find your disputed shift in the "My Shifts" tab in the "Disputed" section until the timesheet is resolved. Once it is resolved, it will move to the "Done" section.

If you find there is no resolution to the disputed shift within 24 hours, please send an email to admin@zstaffing.com.au.
