Reaching out for support during onboarding

If you require any assistance during the onboarding process, don't worry, we are here to make sure that you get through it smoothly.

How to reach out to support:

  1. During the onboarding process, after you have submitted your documents, you will be prompted to book an interview with a Talent Advisor. During your interview, you can ask any questions that you may have. 
  2. Once you get to the last page of the onboarding screens, you can reach out through our support chat. 
  3. If there is anything required or we need any additional information from you, our Talent Advisor team will contact you directly.
