Shift Chat

When you accept a shift, you can directly communicate with the centre through shift chat.

When you accept a shift, you will be connected directly to the centre through the shift chat.

This way, you can communicate with them directly about any questions or updates you have. You might need to ask them specific questions about the shift to be prepared, clarify any details, or give them an update if you are running late. A centre may also reach out to you with important information about the shift. 

If you ever need to add a Z admin member to the chat to assist in the conversation you can tap the blue "add admin" button on the top right of the screen.
