When an educator accepts a shift, you can directly communicate with them through shift chat. Watch the video below to learn how.
When an educator accepts a shift, you will be connected directly to them through the shift chat.
This will enable you to communicate with them directly for any questions or updates you might have. You may need to ask them specific questions, provide them with information on how to prepare for the shift, clarify any details or they might do the same with you.
If you ever need to add a Z admin member to the chat to assist in the conversation you can tap the blue "add admin" button on the top right of the screen.
Note:
The shift chat, or chatting with the educator is only available whilst the shift is still active. Once the shift is completed the shift chat will be closed.
