If you want to try for a different educator, you can remove the current one from the shift and see if another educator accepts it.
Please note:
You have the option to cancel any Filled Shifts up until 4 pm the day before the shift date. For instance, if the shift is scheduled for the 15th (and an educator is allocated to the shift), you can cancel it until 4 pm on the 14th.
If the educator accepts the shift after 4 pm the day prior, you have 20 minutes to remove the educator without penalty before they are locked to the shift.
Educators can cancel your shift within 12 hours before it starts, and it will negatively impact their reliability rating.
To remove an educator, navigate to the shift you would like to remove them from and tap on the educator card.
When the educator quick menu pops up, you will see an option to remove the educator from the shift.
Once an educator is removed, the shift will be available for other educators to accept from the pool.
