Forgot password, or update password

Whether you have forgotten your password or you simply want to change it, follow the instructions below.

These instructions apply if you forget your password or if you would like to update your existing password. To change your password, open the Z app and tap on the "forgot password" option on the login screen. 

Enter the email address you use to log in to your account. 

You will receive a confirmation code to your email or your registered phone number. Simply enter the code and set the new password for your account. Once that's done, you can log in with the new password.
