Onboarding essentials: What you need to know

Becoming a Z Educator is an important achievement. You will be a part of our network of dedicated, trustworthy, and qualified educators who support childcare centres across Australia in delivering high-quality childcare services.

Here's what you need to know:

After you have downloaded the Z Staffing App and created an account, you must complete the onboarding process. This process is crucial as it verifies your eligibility to work with Z.

Additionally, it provides you with an initial understanding of our work process, expectations from you and what expectations you can have of us.

The onboarding process can take approximately 30 minutes, depending on the availability of required documentation and the scheduling of an interview with one of our Talent Advisors.
