The best way to receive important updates about available shifts or communication from Z is to enable phone notifications.
If you haven't enabled notifications for the Z app, a banner will appear prompting you to do so from the notifications screen within the app. You can easily access the settings screen by tapping on the "go to settings" text.
Otherwise, to enable notifications on your phone you can follow the instructions below.

Apple iPhone
Navigate to the settings app on your phone by tapping on the settings icon 
Scroll down and tap on the Z app on the settings screen. (It's probably right at the bottom of the list).
Then tap on the "Notifications" option.
Toggle on to enable notifications and change any other settings that suit your preferences.
Android
Go to settings in your phone and scroll down to "Notification". Click on the Z Staffing app name and click "Notifications"
Tap on the switch to allow notifications for Z Staffing
