I'm not seeing any shifts, what do I do?

You're not seeing any shifts? There could be a few reasons why. Check them out below.

If you are not seeing any shifts in the app, there could be several possible reasons.

 

You might not be connected to the internet

Make sure your phone is connected to the internet or cellular network, otherwise the shifts won't load.

There are no shifts based on your shift preferences 

Sometimes, you may not see any available shifts because of your shift preference settings. Your shift preferences determine the type of shifts that you want to see, and if they are too restrictive, you may miss out on available shifts. You can try adjusting your preferences to broaden your search and increase your chances of finding available shifts.

Additionally, on the Open Shifts tab, there are options at the top of the list that you can toggle to show shifts outside your radius or your availabilities. This can also help you find more available shifts.

There are no shifts currently available 

Sometimes, there may not be any shifts available. There is usually a decrease in shifts around holiday periods because there is a lower need for casual staff at these times.

Also, if you are based in a regional area there may be lower shift volumes. 

However, please be patient, as we are continuously adding more centres and trying our best to provide as many shifts as possible. Therefore, keep your notifications turned on and check the app regularly for any updates.
