Educators have the option to propose preferred shift times. You can either accept or decline these time proposals and this quick guide outlines the various options for managing these proposals.
If an educator proposes a different time for one of your open shifts, you will receive a notification and can manage the proposed time from the shift details screen.
To view the available time proposals for a shift, head over to the "Shifts" tab and then to the "Open" section.
You will notice a red 
icon next to the shift indicating the number of time proposals available.
To view the full list of proposals, simply tap on the shift. From there, you can decide which proposals to accept or reject.

Another educator can still accept your original shift times even with time proposals from other educators.
