How to use Support Chat

We're here to help. You can access Support Chat with a Z team member at any time you need it.

If you ever feel the need to speak to someone, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is always ready to help answer any questions you may have. We've made it super easy to access our support chat from various sections of the app. All you need to do is tap on the support chat button. You can find this button on the following screens: 

From the Inbox tab

When you tap on the inbox tab in the main menu, the Support chat button will appear at the top. Tap on it to start chatting with a member of the Z team.

From the Account tab

Access the support chat quickly by navigating to the support section at the bottom of the account tab in the main menu and tapping on the Support Chat option.

Pro tip:

Support chat is a one-to-one chat between you and the Z team. 

This is different from chatting with a center on a shift chat, which is specifically meant for discussing the shift you are accepted on. If you need help from a Z admin member during a shift chat, you can add one to the chat by clicking on the "Add admin" button located at the top right corner of the chat.
