Auto repost a shift if it is unfilled

We also give you the option to auto-repost shifts.

If a shift remains unfilled within 30 minutes of its start time, it'll automatically be pushed back by an hour. Plus, all notifications will be sent out again to educators.

Your shifts will be reposted up to 3 times assuming the shift is still unfilled.

Post your shifts (to your favourites)

Centres have the option to select individual favourite educators who will get the first opportunity to take a shift. This means that these chosen educators will see the shift before anyone else.

These educators will have a 20-minute exclusivity to accept the shift before it is sent out to all other educators.

First to Accept Wins: The shift remains open until the first educator accepts it. Once an educator accepts the shift, it is no longer available for others.

After entering all the necessary details, click on the blue "select favourites" button located at the bottom left of the page.
