How often will I receive payment, and who can I contact with questions about my pay?

We process pay runs every two weeks on Tuesdays and pay out on Wednesdays!

As an employee, you can expect to receive a detailed pay slip via email that outlines all of your recorded timesheets and the corresponding pay for each of them. This way, you can keep track of your earnings and have a clear understanding of your payment breakdown.

You can also check your "pay run summary" screen for more information about the hours you will be paid for in the upcoming pay run. 

 

Please note:

Shifts worked or approved on the pay run Tuesday won't be included. They will be included in the following pay run.
