An educator hasnt shown up for my shift, what do I do?

If an educator hasn't shown up to your shift, we're here to help.

If the educator assigned to your shift fails to appear, please follow the steps below:

First, try to reach out to the educator through shift chat to ask if everything is all right. They might have encountered some difficulties and got lost on the way.

If the educator doesn't respond, please contact us immediately through Support Chat, and we will try to reach the educator.

If the situation requires it, we will remove them from your shift and find a replacement educator for you.

We take the quality of our educators seriously and expect them to meet high standards. We understand that no-shows are unacceptable and take all necessary measures to ensure that our educators are well-trained and meet our expectations.
