If the educator assigned to your shift fails to appear, please follow the steps below:
First, try to reach out to the educator through shift chat to ask if everything is all right. They might have encountered some difficulties and got lost on the way.
If the educator doesn't respond, please contact us immediately through Support Chat, and we will try to reach the educator.
If the situation requires it, we will remove them from your shift and find a replacement educator for you.
