We know you need to have educator's documents handy when you are inspected by the department.
To download an educator's documents you can do this from the quick menu on the educator card from the home screen or from the shift screen.
Home Screen
Tap the educator card on the home screen to bring up the quick menu, then tap the educator card and select "Download Documents".
Shift Screen
Navigate to the shift the educator is on and tap on the educator card to bring up the quick menu. Then tap the educator card and select "Download Documents."
Manage Educators
Navigate to to the "Account" tab and scroll down to the "Shifts" section and tap on the "Manage educators" option.
Tap on the educator card to bring up the educator quick menu and select the "Download Documents" option.
This will email the educator's documents to your email address that is logged into the app.
