You can check the number of hours you will be paid for in the next pay run.
If you want to know how many hours you have accumulated for your next pay run, you can easily check it out. Simply go to the "Account" tab on the main menu, scroll down to the billing section, and click on the "Pay run" summary option. This will give you a clear breakdown of your hours and earnings for the next pay run.
Your payrun summary details
The summary page for your payrun will provide you with essential details such as the payment period for which you will be paid, the number of shifts you have completed during this period, the number of hours worked and breaks taken, and the total number of hours for which you will be paid.
Pro tip:
We process educator pay every two weeks, but only for "completed" shifts. To ensure timely payment, please make sure to submit accurate timesheets with your check-in and check-out times, as well as accurate break times.
Keep in mind!
It's a wise practice to review your pay run summary before the next pay cycle to ensure it aligns with your expected hours worked.
Keep in mind that the summary may not accurately reflect your hours if you haven't checked-in and out correctly or if there's a timesheet dispute that needs to be resolved.
